FAQ

  • More than 1 in 3 people have difficulty using Folic Acid in their body, due to a common genetic variant (known as the MTHFR gene). To avoid this problem EverNatal uses Methyl-Folate, which is already activated and bioavailable.

  • In postpartum the most likely nutrients to drop in the postpartum period are iron, zinc, magnesium, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B9, iodine, selenium and DHA. A breastfeeding mother is especially at risk.

EverNatal helps prevent dietary B12, folate, zinc, iodine, selenium deficiency.

  • It is not recommended to take multiple prenatal supplements at once, as this can lead to an excess of certain nutrients. If you are already taking a prenatal supplement, speak to your healthcare provider before adding EverNatal to your regime.
