This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

More than 1 in 3 people have difficulty using Folic Acid in their body, due to a common genetic variant (known as the MTHFR gene). To avoid this problem EverNatal uses Methyl-Folate, which is already activated and bioavailable.

In postpartum the most likely nutrients to drop in the postpartum period are iron, zinc, magnesium, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B9, iodine, selenium and DHA. A breastfeeding mother is especially at risk.
EverNatal helps prevent dietary B12, folate, zinc, iodine, selenium deficiency.
