Iberogast® IBS + Digestive Relief is easy to take. Each bottle has a built-in drop dispenser. Simply hold the bottle at a 45° degree angle and dispense the required number of drops.
Iberogast® IBS + Digestive Relief is taken in some liquid (e.g. warm water) before or with meals, 3 times daily as follows:
Adults from 18 years 20 drops (1ml) 3 x per day before or with meals. Maybe taken with some liquid eg warm water.
