I am putting this together sharing some of the supplements and health products I have found useful in my own and patients lives. With quite a saturated market out there in the health industry it can be quite difficult to know which products and supplements are good and stand out as superior to their competitors. Whilst we do our best to stock as many of the best products across the globe on our own website, logistically there are some barriers so I will link to others in this resource. Collagen, Organic Gelatin and Dehydrated Organ Supplements —

Very hard to find a certified organic gelatin product, the guys at Gelpro Australia deliver the goods though. Organic gelatin is a staple food in my diet for it’s health benefits and versatility in making snacks with endless possibilities. I’d caution using non certified gelatin as there have been reports of glyphosate residues detected in them.

Collagen is another food based supplement consistently in my diet, there are so many options available now and some key specific differences which make them more effective for different purposes which can make it confusing choosing one. There are very few companies I trust when it comes to supplements to support my training needs. I find most are full of artificial sweeteners, colours, number & stimulants.

Sit-Stand Office Desks —

Australian company Desky have some great options for quality and affordable electric Sit-Stand Work Desks. Lets be honest us humans are not designed to be sitting for prolonged periods of time, nor steading still in one position for that matter - in terms of the amount of pressure that has been quantified to go through the low back discs in order of most pressure to least is - sitting, standing and walking coming in at the least of the three. So for those that need to be at a computer or desk my suggestion is a sit-stand desk so that at least every so often you can shift your postures around and mix up the load so that no one tissue is getting strained for long periods of time.
