WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS LOST IN THE POST?. . .

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND? . . .

Unfortuntely we do not offer refunds. We don't recommend ordering multiple of the same supplement if you have not tried them previously in case you find they cause any side effects or are not well tolerated.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER FOR A DIFFERENT PRODUCT IF I CHANGE MY MIND? . . .

Once your order has been posted we can not make any arrangements. Should you change your mind prior to us posting (we generally do same day postage or ocassionally the next day) then contact us immediately at the clinic on 0420303122 and we may be able to arrange something.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS IF I DO A BULK ORDER? . . .

Generally no. If you have shopped around online you will likely notice our prices are very competitive. We also absorb some of the costs in order to post all orders via express post service (excpet zazen water filters). Ocassionally we are offered discounts from wholesale distributors in which case we will often pass on these discounts on our online store.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE? . . .

Apart from the zazen water filters all our orders are sent via Australia Post express service. Our orders are generally posted on the same day or ocassionally the following day depending what time you order, and you will receive a tracking number. From there it's beyond our control and upto Australia Post. Please do not call our clinic or email if your order hasn't arrived and still falls within the expected Australia post timeframe. If it is beyond the expected timeframe and you still haven't recevied your order then we are more than happy to assist in investigating the matter. I RECEIVED A PARCEL HOWEVER THERE ARE SOME ITEMS MISSING, WHAT'S GOING ON? . . .

No need to stress, larger orders we will often pack into multiple parcels in order to protect your precious cargo. For some reason despite being sent at the exact same time they frequently arrive a day apart.

MY ORDER SEEMS TO BE DAMAGED ARE MY SUPPLEMENTS STILL OKAY? . . .

Ocassionally we find that some of the supplement jars and packaging appear to have indentation especially in the plastic bottles. This is generally to do with air pressure changes and as long as the safety seal is still intact there is no reason for the supplements to be compromised. Keep in mind we source advanced high end supplements which means sourcing from various locations in the world, and have to take a few plane trips to make their way over to us. We take extra care when packing orders and if in doubt we will split the order into two parcels and absorb any additional costs with postage. Some of the packaging we use is recycled in an effort to minimise landfill, in which case it may not look perfect but you can rest assured we put love and care into packing all orders.

 

APPOINTMENTS AND CLINIC RELATED

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT? . . .

We understand things happen and you may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We ask for at least 24 hours notice, failure to do this may result in a charge of $50.00 to cover our practitioners time. If you need to make a change to an appoinment you have booked for a Monday, please let us know before 5pm the Friday before. Whilst most of our patients try to do the right thing unfortunately due to being a small business and the rising cost of overheads including paying out staff and our practitioners attending continuing education seminars and training as pasrt of their allied health regulation requirements, we now have to implement this cancellation policy to ensure that no one misses out.

DO YOU HAVE PRIVATE HEALTH REBATES AVAILABLE? . . .

Yes, we have onsite private health rebates avaiable for chiropractic services. Please check with your individual private health care provider what rebate they offer for your cover.

IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO DO PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT OR BRING ALONG WITH ME? . . .

If you have had any specific testing such as xrays, MRI scans etc it would be helpful to bring them with you, if you have any reports you can also bring those along or email them to clinic prior.
Ideally if you could wear looser fitting clothes that allows our practitioners to perform any examination & orthopedic testing etc more accurately as tight fitting clothes can signicantly restricted normal range of movement with joints. Wearing tight clothes can hinder our ability to effectively combine chiropractic adjustments with muscle and connective tissue therapies as well as dry needling.

I DON'T WANTED TO GET MY BACK "CRACKED", DO YOUR CHIROPRACTORS DO OTHER TECHNIQUES? . . .

Yes, all our chiropractors utilise a range of different techniques. Besides spinal adjustments/manipulation our chiropractors utilise techniques such as; dry needling (anatomical acupuncture), various soft and deep tissue techniques, fascia & connective tissue mobilisation, graston/instrument assisted mobilisation, cupping, visceral mobilisation & corrective exercise/movement prescription all where indicated.
